Octabiano holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Davis and a law degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law. During law school, he received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in the field of Intellectual Property and served as Bar Association President for Santa Clara University, School of Law.
