Dawn Grosodonia
Labor relations consultant
Dawn Grosodonia joined Blanning & Baker’s southern California office in 2003. As a labor relations consultant, she works with client leadership and legal staff to ensure employees are well represented in grievance, contract interpretation and disciplinary matters.
She is also responsible for the organization and staffing of client meetings and the design of collateral materials for special events.
Grosodonia holds a bachelor’s degree in art from Syracuse University.
